Contract type: full-time - duration minimum 1 year starting at the earliest at 1 April 2015

Job description:

Organization of the second MARES Conference - February 2016
Support a streaming video infrastructure (webinars / streaming video channel)
Setup of a digital repository of outcomes from the MARES Doctoral Programme
Administrative support in the setup of a Joint International Master Programme
Maintain the communication platforms of projects of Marine@Ugent community and EMBRC.be

 

Profile:

Academic master: diploma in a relevant field
Excellent english knowledge (oral and written), be prepared to learn dutch
Good social, organisational and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of or interest in online communication tools (social media, websites, …)
Knowledge on Joint Training programmes (e.g. by experience) is considered as an asset
Willingness to work in an international environment
