The WinBig project, which stands for "Women in Blue Economy" is dedicated to the development of female- and basin-tailored capacity-building programs. These initiatives are designed to bolster the participation and representation of women in the ever-expanding field of Blue Economy. With a strong focus on EU geographies and diverse sectors within the Blue Economy, WinBig aims to bridge gender gaps and foster a more balanced and equitable industry.
